Product Designer – Mobile Application
Responsibilities
Designing the core interface of the white-labeled mobile app.
Ensuring flexibility and consistency across variable content types (forms, checklists, schedules, FAQs, etc.).
Aligning with the desktop form-builder’s functionality to preserve the creator’s intent.

The Challenge
The Challenge
Create a unified mobile interface for dozens of possible healthcare use cases.
Ensure that dynamic content (entered by hospitals) is displayed clearly and intuitively to patients.
Maintain accessibility, legibility, and healthcare UX standards across highly variable program structures.
Understanding the Platform
Research Methods:
Reviewed the full SaaS workflow used by hospitals to build their programs.
Analyzed live examples of mobile apps generated by the platform.
Worked closely with developers to understand content structuring and dynamic components.
Design System & Component Library
I built a scalable design system for WeGuide using atomic design principles, organizing components into Atoms, Molecules, and Organisms. The system included consistent styles (typography, colors, spacing) and reusable components with multiple variants and states.
This streamlined development handoff, ensured visual consistency across healthcare apps, and made it easy to scale new features while staying aligned with brand and accessibility standards.
Starting with Structure: Low-Fidelity Wireframes
Since WeGuide already had a fully researched and functional SaaS platform in place, I skipped the initial discovery phase and dove directly into creating low-fidelity wireframes. This allowed me to quickly translate existing workflows into mobile layouts, focusing on user flow, screen hierarchy, and interaction patterns. These early wireframes helped validate layout logic before moving into high-fidelity design.
Magic Link Implementation:
Magic link decreased the login time by 25% and reduced support tickets by 73%.
Increased Recordings, Minimal Support
Video and photo question types fostered thousands of recording with minimal support tickets.
HealthKit Integration
Seamlessly connect with Apple HealthKit and Garmin, expanding access to the wearable market.
